fromthe holy land- it is an annual corn herb. Every year, the new corn grows beside
the old one. From the scars of the crocus hyemalis, we produce the food coloring
and seasoning known as saffron. It is recommended to plant more then 5 seeds at
a 20 cm deep. It is sensitive for extra water and is best recommended to be planted
at the side of the gardens where most water do not reach
 Blossom season- November- February at the beginning of winter. 
It grows in scrublands and pit fields.
It is common in the east Mediterranean area
